Chevron Phillips Chemical thanks you for participating in our supplier diversity efforts that reinforces our commitment to an innovative and inclusive procurement process.
We seek to encourage our suppliers (companies that sell directly to our Company, defined as Tier 1) to support our supplier diversity efforts by reporting on their business with diverse and small certified companies.
Tier 2 suppliers are the sources where our Tier 1 suppliers get their materials or services from.
We ask our suppliers to share their Tier 2 spend with diverse and small suppliers on a quarterly basis. There is a 30 day submission period request for the report. For example, the first quarter’s report includes spend from January 1st to March 31st and should be reported in the month of April.
There is no need of providing this information unless requested by Chevron Phillips Chemical.
